When my special needs daughter texted to say that she had a flat tire after dark up in the mountains where there was no cell service, I called Bill's Towing. Anthony answered the call and provided service that was both professional and compassionate. With limited information as to her exact location, Anthony assured me that he would locate her and get her safely home. He called/texted numerous times throughout the process to keep me informed. So far it has almost been 2 days and we are still waiting for our receipt since we paid cash of $385.00 for our car to be towed from Roseburg to Myrtle Point, Oregon. My husband was not offered a Veterans discount as talked about.

Car blew up on the side of the road with my kids in the car, called Bills Towing and they were so helpful and friendly and just overall very pleasant. They showed up within ten minutes and took care of everything for me. Great experience amazingly priced, I will definitely be calling them everytime I or my friends or family need a tow. My uncle was traveling from Medford to Portland and got a flat tire. We called he was able to go there and had it fixed in 30mins (at 730 pm on a Saturday)and he was on the road. Exceptional service! I would recommend to everyone.

We were stranded on I-5 on a Friday evening with our two boys and dog due to a trailer issue. Bill’s was recommended by a mobile mechanic because he has a boom. We called, described our unusual issue and he said his guy would be out in 30 min. He arrived in 15 min and got under the trailer with my husband and they solved the problem in no time. He was knowledgeable, helpful and so kind. We learned as he was leaving he is the owner, Mike. He was a huge help in our time of need.
