Dale at BillsTowing in Canyonville was above and beyond in honesty and professionalism. A scammer intercepted my 12:30 AM phone call for help and took my credit card number. Dale informed me A REAL TOWING SERVICE WILL NEVER ASK FOR PAYMENT BEFORE TOWING. Dale got us to his shop at 2:30 AM safely. First thing in the morning he installed a new alternator and got us on the road again. THANK YOU to Bill and his staff.

You never know when you'll need a hero, and you never know when you'll be one. Well Tyler was a hero for us! Forces beyond our control had our dogs locked in the car. Rescue would be 40min to an hour. It was morning, they were in the shade, but never the less, panic began to set in. After a quick call to head quarters, help was there within 10 minutes! The day was saved! We made the best memories that day, thanks again guys!

I wish to thank our tow operator, Tyler, for the excellent experience we had last week with Bill's Towing service. We were stranded in a small town outside of Roseburg and were told Bill's Towing was a good choice. We called and Tyler took excellent care of our car and my husband and I. He was very accomplished, friendly and it was apparent he was a safe and excellent tow operator. He answered all our questions about our needs while in Roseburg. It was the best tow service we've ever received. He made a very stressful time a calmer experience for us. Thank you!

Huge shoutout to Tyler from Bill’s Towing for helping us out when our classic car broke down late at night during the Blackberry Festival! Of all the times and places to have car trouble, this was definitely not ideal, but Tyler made a stressful situation so much easier. He was friendly, professional, and took extra care loading and towing our classic car, which we really appreciated. You could tell he knew what he was doing and respected the fact that it wasn’t just any vehicle. We felt completely comfortable trusting the car with him. Thank you, Tyler, for coming through for us so late at night and getting both us and our car where we needed to go safely. Absolutely 5-star service and would recommend Tyler and Bill’s Towing to anyone needing a tow! Thank you Tyler, Shon & Natalee

I rarely leave reviews, but after the phone call I had a couple days ago, I felt like I needed to share my experience. I’m not sure if it was the manager in Roseburg or just the person answering the phone, but I have honestly never been spoken to so disrespectfully by someone in customer service. I called with a simple question about lien paperwork I received in the mail. I was genuinely confused and just wanted to explain that I had already sold the vehicle and completed everything I was supposed to with the DMV. Instead of listening for even a moment, the person immediately became rude and dismissive. Every time I tried to explain that I no longer owned the vehicle, I was interrupted. The conversation quickly turned hostile, and they eventually started yelling at me simply because I was trying to explain the situation. I wasn’t calling to argue or waste anyone’s time. I was calling because I needed help understanding something. Being treated with that level of disrespect over a simple question was honestly shocking and left me frustrated long after the call ended. No customer deserves to be talked to that way. I hope whoever manages this office takes customer service more seriously, because if this is how people are treated for asking a simple question, something needs to change.

Today was one of the most stressful and frightening days for our family. Our Jeep was involved in an accident after a motorcycle rear-ended us, and with everything happening so quickly, we were unsure of what to do or who to call for help. We want to be honest about our experience today. In the past, we have used Roseburg Towing and have heard them repeatedly talk about how much they love serving the community and being there for people when they need help. They regularly promote themselves as a company that is there for the community and ready to help people in difficult situations. However, when we actually needed help the most, our experience did not match the message they promote. After the accident, we called Roseburg Towing to get a quote and see if they could come out to help us. A man named Rob answered the phone. During the conversation, the main focus seemed to be whether we had full coverage insurance. We do have full coverage, but instead of focusing on helping us during a stressful and frightening situation, Rob repeatedly told us to have the deputy call Roseburg Towing. Rob also told us that Roseburg Towing would need to dispatch four trucks to handle the situation. I am not a towing professional, so I understand that there may be situations that require multiple trucks. However, I have to ask why would it take four trucks to handle one vehicle that was sitting on the shoulder of the road and was not in a ditch? Bills Towing was able to handle our situation with just two trucks, which made the difference even more noticeable to us. Based on the conversation focusing so heavily on whether we had insurance coverage and the suggestion that four trucks would be needed for our vehicle, it honestly left us feeling like the plan may have been to bring out more trucks so more could be billed to the insurance. That is how the situation came across to us, especially considering our vehicle was on the shoulder and not in a ditch or otherwise in a difficult location to recover. Because the main focus of the conversation with Rob seemed to be whether we had insurance coverage, and because we were repeatedly being told to have the deputy call Roseburg Towing, we decided to let the deputy call a tow company for us instead. The deputy called Bills Towing, and we are extremely grateful that he did. From the moment Bills Towing arrived, the difference was immediately noticeable. Anthony, the manager, was incredibly kind, understanding, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain the entire process to us and made sure we understood what was happening. He was patient with our questions and helped make a very stressful situation much easier to handle. What really stood out to us was how much Anthony genuinely cared about us as people, not just the vehicles. He told us multiple times that he was glad we were okay, and that meant a lot to us. After being involved in an accident, having someone take the time to make sure you are okay and remind you that your safety matters really makes a difference. Anthony also took the time to let us get important belongings out of our vehicle, including my wife's medication and other personal items. He explained that if there was anything else we needed from the vehicle, we could come to their yard and get it. That gave us peace of mind knowing we could retrieve anything important we may have missed. This is what genuine community service looked like to us today. Anthony did not just show up to tow a vehicle. He took the time to explain things, answer our questions, make sure we were okay, and treat us with kindness and compassion during a very difficult situation. We truly appreciate Anthony and everyone at Bills Towing for helping us when we needed it most. The difference between the service we received from Bills Towing and the experience we had trying to get help from Roseburg Towing was very noticeable. A huge thank you to Anthony and the entire Bills Towing team for everything you did for us today.
